Nolvadex / Tamoxifen (pharma) 20mg provides pharmaceutical-grade Tamoxifen Citrate, one of the two most important medications in any bodybuilder’s PCT and ancillary arsenal. Nolvadex is a Selective Oestrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) that blocks oestrogen receptors specifically in breast tissue, providing direct protection against gynaecomastia – the development of male breast tissue that is one of the most feared side effects of anabolic steroid use. During cycles, many bodybuilders run Nolvadex at 10–20mg daily as a preventative measure against gyno whilst preserving the beneficial effects of oestrogen elsewhere in the body. During PCT, Nolvadex stimulates the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis to restart natural testosterone production, working through a mechanism similar to but distinct from Clomid.
